Application effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction in advanced liver cancer patients complicated with coronary heart disease undergoing stent implanting
Objective To explore the application effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR)in advanced liver cancer patients complicated with coronary heart disease undergoing stent implanting.Method According to differ-ent intervention methods,90 patients with advanced liver cancer complicated with coronary heart disease were divided in-to control group(n=48)and MBSR group(n=42).Patients in the control group received routine intervention, and patients in the MBSR group received MBSR intervention on the basis of the control group. The self-perceived burden[self-per-ceived burden scale(SPBS)],quality of life[liver disease quality of life instrument(LDQOL)]and cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the scores of each dimension of SPBS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of each dimension of SPBS in MBSR group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of LDQOL in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the scores of each dimension of LDQOL in MBSR group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, the total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in MBSR group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MBSR can reduce the self-perceived burden, improve the quality of life and reduce cardiovascular adverse events in patients with advanced liver cancer complicated with coronary heart disease treated by stent implantation.
