Application effect of compound insulation measures in operating room combined with preoperative therapeutic touch in patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer
Objective To explore the application effect of compound insulation measures in operating room com-bined with preoperative therapeutic touch in patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer.Method A total of 106 patients who received radical resection of colon cancer were divided into control group and observation group accord-ing to different intervention methods, with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine interven-tion,and patients in the observation group received compound insulation measures in operating room combined with pre-operative therapeutic touch on the basis of the control group. The temperature, anxiety emotion[state anxiety inventory(SAI)],postoperative extubation time, anesthesia recovery time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result At 30 min,1 h,2 h after the surgery began and the time immediately after surgery, the body tem-peratures of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.01).Before surgery, the SAI scores of both groups were lower than those at admission, and the SAI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The postoperative extubation time and anesthesia recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound insulation measures in operating room combined with preoperative therapeutic touch can maintain the stability of temperature during surgery, relieve preoperative anxiety, promote postoperative anesthesia re-covery,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer.
