Application effect of 3S2E intervention mode combined with diversified health education in elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy
Objective To investigate the application effect of 3S2E intervention mode combined with diversified health education in elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Method A total of 106 elderly patients with lung cancer were divided into routine intervention group and 3S2E education group,53 cases in each group.The routine intervention group was given routine intervention,and the 3S2E education group was given 3S2E in-tervention mode combined with diversified health education on the basis of routine intervention group.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),family scale of diease un-certainty,European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30),Piper fatigue scale-revised(PFS-R)score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of HAMA,HAMD,family scale of diease uncertainty and the dimensional scores of PFS-R in 3S2E education group were lower than those in routine intervention group,and the scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 and the dimensional scores of ESCA were higher than those in routine intervention group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of 3S2E education group was significantly higher than that of routine intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of 3S2E intervention mode combined with diversified health education during radiotherapy and chemotherapy of elderly patients with lung cancer can reduce patients'negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue and family uncertainty,improve self-care ability and quality of life.
