Objective To explore the application effect of Yupingfeng granules in maintenance therapy of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Method According to different treatment methods,60 ALL children were di-vided into combined group and conventional group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group received con-ventional chemotherapy during maintenance treatment,while the combined group received Yupingfeng granules on the basis of conventional chemotherapy during maintenance treatment.The blood routine indicators,immunoglobulin(Ig)lev-els,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)levels,helper T cell(Th)levels,regulatory T cell(Treg)lev-els,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the neutrophil count and white blood cell count in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group,while the plate-let count and hemoglobin level were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM,IgG and Th 17,Th22 cells in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group,while the level of Treg cell was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the com-bined group were higher than those in the conventional group,while the level of CD8+was lower than that in the conven-tional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during maintenance treatment in the combined group was 3.33％,which was significantly lower than 30.00％in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion Yupingfeng granules can enhance the im-mune function of children undergoing maintenance therapy of ALL,improve biochemical indicators,and reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions.
