Application effect of rapid rehabilitation theory combined with healthcare failure mode and effect analysis intervention in patients with liver cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation theory combined with healthcare fail-ure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)intervention in patients with liver cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization(TACE).Method According to different intervention methods,86 patients with liver cancer who under-went TACE were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=42).The control group received routine in-tervention,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation theory combined with HFMEA intervention on the ba-sis of the control group. The perioperative indexes, quality of life[Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score],incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The first feeding time, first getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that in control group, the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the KPS scores of the two groups were signifi-cantly higher than those before intervention, the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of rapid reha-bilitation theory combined with HFMEA intervention in patients with liver cancer undergoing TACE can reduce the inci-dence of complications, promote postoperative recovery of patients, and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
