Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality intervention in operating room in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Method According to different intervention methods,180 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer were divided into conventional group(n=85)and high-quality group(n=95).The conventional group received conventional intervention in operating room,while the high-quality group received high-quality intervention in operating room.The surgery-related indexes,quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],postopera-tive complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The first getting out of bed time and postoperative hospital stay in high-quality group were significantly shorter than those in conventional group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in high-quality group were higher than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in high-quality group was significantly lower than that in conventional group,and the total satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in conventional group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion High-quality intervention in operating room can promote postoperative recov-ery of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,improve patients'quality of life and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
