Evaluation value of Adler grading of superb microvascular imaging and color Doppler flow imaging in efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer
Objective To investigate evaluation value of Adler grading of superb microvascular imaging(SMI)and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.Method A total of 108 pa-tients with breast cancer receiving adjuvant chemotherapy were examined by SMI and CDFI.The Adler grades of SMI and CDFI before and after chemotherapy were compared, and their values in evaluating the efficacy of chemotherapy were analyzed. The Adler grade of CDFI in breast cancer patients with different tumor maximum diameter and stage be-fore chemotherapy were compared.Result Before and after chemotherapy, there were significant differences in Adler grades of SMI and CDFI in breast cancer patients(P<0.01).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CDFI Adler grad-ing for evaluating chemotherapy efficacy were 91.9% (68/74),79.4% (27/34)and 88.0% (95/108),and the Kappa value of agreement with the efficacy evaluation results was 0.719.The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of SMI Adler grad-ing for evaluating chemotherapy efficacy were 94.6% (70/74),76.5% (26/34)and 88.9% (96/108),and the Kappa value of agreement with the efficacy evaluation results was 0.733.The Adler grades of CDFI in breast cancer patients with dif-ferent tumor maximum diameter and stages before chemotherapy were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The Adler grading of SMI and CDFI has certain value in evaluating the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy for breast can-cer,and SMI has higher diagnostic efficacy.
