Objective To explore the application effect of programmed health education intervention in perioperative lung cancer patients.Method A total of 96 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgery were divided into conven-tional group(n=46,conventional intervention)and programmed intervention group(n=50,programmed health education intervention)according to different intervention methods,the psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After in-tervention,the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in programmed intervention group were higher than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the 8th week after discharge,the SDS and SAS scores in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in programmed intervention group were lower than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At dis-charge,the total satisfaction rate in programmed intervention group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 82.61% in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Programmed health education intervention can improve perioperative lung cancer patients'psychological status,quality of life and satisfac-tion rate.
