Influence of cluster pain intervention combined with health belief-oriented care strategy on psychological resilience and compliance behavior of patients with multiple myeloma
Objective To explore the influence of cluster pain intervention combined with health belief-oriented care strategy on psychological resilience and compliance behavior of patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Method Ac-cording to different intervention methods,88 MM patients were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=42).The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received cluster pain intervention combined with health belief-oriented care strategy.The psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],compliance with medical behavior,pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)],and satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Result After intervention,the all dimension scores of CD-RISC in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of VAS were lower than those before intervention,the all dimension scores of CD-RISC in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 73.91% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The intervention techniques,intervention concepts,intervention quality,and communication skills scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.01).Conclusion The cluster pain intervention combined with health belief-oriented care strategy can effective-ly improve the psychological resilience of MM patients,reduce pain levels,and enhance compliance and satisfaction with medical treatment.
