Application effect of psychological-behavioral-cognitive intervention based on family support in patients undergoing radical operation for tongue cancer
Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological-behavioral-cognitive intervention based on family support in patients undergoing radical operation for tongue cancer.Method According to different interven-tion methods,116 patients with tongue cancer who underwent radical operation were divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=56).Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the study group re-ceived psychological-behavioral-cognitive intervention based on family support.The negative emotions[self-rating de-pression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],quality of life[University of Washington quality of life ques-tionnaire(UW-QOL)],hope level[Herth hope index(HHI)],incidence of postoperative complications,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the dimensional scores of UW-QOL and HHI were higher than those before interven-tion,the scores of SDS and SAS in study group were lower than those in control group,the dimensional scores of UW-QOL and HHI were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The to-tal incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the total compli-ance rate and total satisfaction rate were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological-behavioral-cognitive intervention based on family support can improve the negative emotions,quality of life and hope level,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients with tongue cancer undergoing radical operation.
