Effect of standardized pain intervention combined with psychological intervention on negative emotions and pain degree in emergency gastric cancer patients with breakthrough pain
Objective To explore the effect of standardized pain intervention combined with psychological interven-tion on negative emotions and pain degree in emergency gastric cancer patients with breakthrough pain.Method Accord-ing to different intervention methods,92 emergency gastric cancer patients with breakthrough pain were divided into con-trol group(n=41)and observation group(n=51).Patients in the control group received routine pain intervention, while pa-tients in the observation group received standardized pain intervention combined with psychological intervention on the basis of routine pain intervention. The negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],pain situation[visual analogue scale(VAS),frequency of 24 h breakthrough pain frequency]and compliance of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention, the HAMA,HAMD,and VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the frequency of 24 h breakthrough pain were less than those before interven-tion,the HAMA,HAMD and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the fre-quency of 24 h breakthrough pain was less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized pain intervention combined with psychological intervention can im-prove the negative emotion and pain degree of emergency gastric cancer patients with breakthrough pain, and improve treatment compliance.
