Objective To explore the application effect of enteral immune nutrition support in endometrial cancer pa-tients during climacteric period.Method According to different intervention methods,78 endometrial cancer patients during climacteric period were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=48).The control group was given conventional nutritional support, and the observation group was given enteral immune nutritional support on the ba-sis of the control group. The immune function indexes, nutritional indexes and enteral nutritional intolerance were com-pared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of CD8+were lower than those before intervention, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the level of CD8+was low-er than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of hemoglobin, immunoglobulin G and serum total protein in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of hemoglobin, immunoglobulin G and serum total protein in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of enteral nutritional intolerance in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral immune nutrition support can improve the immune function and nutritional status of endometrial cancer patients during climacteric period, and reduce the occurrence of enteral nutritional intolerance.
