Effect of enhanced recovery after surgery intervention on postoperative recovery and inflammatory response in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)intervention on postoperative recovery and inflammatory response in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.Method Sixty pa-tients with cervical cancer were selected, and who of them were treated with cervical cancer radical surgery. They were di-vided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=27)based on different intervention methods.Patients in control group received routine intervention, while patients in observation group received ERAS intervention on the basis of rou-tine intervention. The postoperative recovery indexes, inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],blood pressure levels and complications were compared between the two groups.Result The first time of exhaust, first time of getting out of bed,the first time of defecation and hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery, the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups were lower than those before surgery, and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 15 min after surgery, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in two groups were higher than those at 5 min after surgery, and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in obser-vation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS intervention can promote postoperative recovery in patients un-dergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer, reduce inflammatory, stress reactions and the incidence of complications.
