Application effect of pain management combined with enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative period of lung cancer patients complicated with coronary heart disease
Objective To explore the application effect of pain management combined with enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative period of lung cancer patients complicated with coronary heart disease.Method According to different intervention methods,62 lung cancer patients complicated with coronary heart disease were divided into observa-tion group(n=33)and control group(n=29).Patients in the control group were received routine intervention during peri-operative period,and patients in the observation group were received pain management combined with enhanced recov-ery after surgery on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indicators,pain conditions[visual analogue scale(VAS)],negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]and incidence of post-operative complications were compared between the two groups.Result The first exhaust time,first defecation time,drainage tube removal time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the to-tal incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1 day,3 days and 1 week after surgery,the VAS scores in both groups showed a downward trend,and the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain management combined with enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative period of lung cancer patients complicated with coronary heart dis-ease can alleviate postoperative pain,improve negative emotions,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote postoperative recovery.
