Application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative intervention in patients with breast cancer complicated with coronary heart disease undergoing simultaneous surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative intervention in patients with breast cancer complicated with coronary heart disease undergoing simultaneous surgery.Method According to dif-ferent intervention methods,50 patients with breast cancer complicated with coronary heart disease who underwent simul-taneous surgery were divided into control group(n=22)and observation group(n=28).The control group received routine intervention during perioperative period,and the observation group received multi-dimensional collaborative intervention during perioperative period.The perioperative indicators,pain condition[numerical rating scale(NRS)],negative emo-tions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[World Health Organization qual-ity of life-brief(WHOQOL-BREF)]and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result The postoperative recovery time,first anal exhaust time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).On the 1st and 3rd day after surgery,the NRS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the dimen-sional scores of WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those before intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than control group,the dimensional scores of WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,anorexia between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative intervention can effectively relieve negative emotions and pain in patients with breast cancer complicated with coronary heart disease,promote postoperative recovery and improve quality of life of patients,and do not increase adverse reac-tions.
