Effect of 5 A model intervention on negative emotions,self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with lung cancer undergoing targeted therapy
Objective To explore the effect of 5A model intervention on negative emotions,self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with lung cancer undergoing targeted therapy.Method According to different intervention methods,105 patients with lung cancer who received targeted therapy were divided into control group(n=50,convention-al intervention)and observation group(n=55,5A model intervention). The negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],self-perceived burden[self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],occurrence of adverse reactions, compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result Af-ter intervention, the HAMA,HAMD and SPBS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the HAMA,HAMD and SPBS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of myelosuppression, vomiting, dizziness and infection in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate and satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 5A model intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients with lung cancer undergoing targeted therapy,re-duce the self-perceived burden, improve the quality of life, compliance and satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of com-plications.
