Objective To investigate the postoperative analgesic effect of dezocine injection on patients with thoraco-scopic lung space-occupying lesions surgery.Method A total of 60 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery for lung space-occupying lesions were divided into dezocine group(30 cases)and sufentanil citrate group(30 cases)by ran-dom number table method.Dezocine group was given the postoperative analgesia program of dezocine injection, and suf-entanil citrate group was given the postoperative analgesia program of sufentanil citrate injection.Stress response indica-tors[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)],pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],sedation effect(Ramsay sedation scale score)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result At 1,6,12,24 h after surgery, the HR,MAP and the scores of VAS in dezocine group were lower than those in sufentanil citrate group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,6,12 h after surgery, the scores of Ramsay seda-tion scale of dezocine group were lower than those of sufentanil citrate group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dezocine injection has a good effect on postoperative analgesia in patients with thoracoscopic lung space-occupying lesions surgery, which can quickly relieve postoperative pain and reduce postoperative stress response. It is safe and reliable, and has high clinical application value.
