Relationship between peripheral blood circulating tumor cell and tumor metastasis and the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer
Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood circulating tumor cell(CTC)and tu-mor metastasis and the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NCT)in patients with lung cancer.Method A total of 106 patients with lung cancer were divided into positive group(48 cases)(CTC≥5/7.5 ml)and negative group(58 cases)(CTC<5/7.5 ml)according to different levels of peripheral blood CTC.The tumor metastasis and NCT efficacy of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of CTC level in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer were ana-lyzed by Logistic regression model.Result The lymph node metastasis rate, distant metastasis rate were higher and dis-ease control rate was lower in positive group than those in negative group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and effica-cy were independent influencing factors for CTC level in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of CTC in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients is related to tumor metastasis and NCT efficacy, which has certain reference value in predicting the prognosis of lung cancer patients.
