Effects of collaborative behavioral intervention under PERMA mode on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To explore the effects of collaborative behavioral intervention under PERMA mode on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy.Method According to different inter-vention plans,108 lymphoma patients who received chemotherapy were divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=58).Patients in the control group received routine intervention, while patients in the study group received collab-orative behavioral intervention under PERMA mode. The cancer-related fatigue degree[Piper fatigue scale(PFS)],quali-ty of life[quality of life instruments for cancer patients(QLICP)],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Result After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of PFS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, the scores of all dimensions of PFS in study group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of QLICP in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the scores of all dimensions of QLICP in study group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.00%,which was lower than 22.41% in the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative behavioral intervention under PERMA mode can significantly reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy, enhance their quality of life, and reduce adverse reactions during chemotherapy.
