Influence of doctor-nurse integration intervention on the psychological status and stress response of rectal cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection
Objective To explore the influence of doctor-nurse integration intervention on the psychological status and stress response of rectal cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection.Method A total of 108 patients with rectal cancer were selected and underwent laparoscopic radical resection. They were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=50)according to different intervention methods. The control group received routine inter-vention,while the observation group received doctor-nurse integration intervention. The psychological status[symptom check list-90(SCL-90)],stress response indicators[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result After interven-tion,the depression,obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and interpersonal sensitivity scores of both groups were low-er than those before intervention, the depression,obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and interpersonal sensitivity scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After surgery, the HR,SBP,and DBP of control group were higher than those before surgery and the obser-vation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 15.52%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doctor-nurse integration interven-tion can significantly improve the psychological state of rectal cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection, effectively stabilize their postoperative stress indicators, improve their quality of life, and reduce the incidence of postop-erative complications.
