Influence of humanistic intervention based on Swanson's caring theory on negative emotion and compliance in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy
Objective To investigate the influence of humanistic intervention based on Swanson's caring theory on negative emotion and compliance in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Method A total of 89 patients with lung cancer were divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(45 cases)according to different intervention methods. The control group was treated with routine intervention, and the observation group was treated with humanistic intervention based on Swanson's caring theory on the basis of the control group.Negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores],pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],adverse re-actions,compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the scores of HAMA,HAMD and VAS in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of HAMA,HAMD and VAS in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate and total nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic intervention based on Swanson's caring theory can improve neg-ative emotions, relieve pain, improve compliance and nursing satisfaction, and reduce adverse reactions in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.
