Objective To explore the application effect of refined intervention based on risk management in postoper-ative patients with breast cancer.Method According to the different intervention methods,194 patients with breast can-cer were divided into control group(n=96)and observation group(n=98).The patients in the control group received rou-tine intervention, and the patients in the observation group received refined intervention based on risk management on the basis of routine intervention. The postoperative recovery indicators, incidence of complications, occurrence of adverse risk events, psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)]and quality of life[European Organi-zation for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]were compared be-tween the two groups.Result The postoperative hospitalization time, first time getting out of bed,and defecation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications in observation group was 5.10%,which was lower than 15.62%in control group, the total incidence of postoperative adverse risk events was 2.04%,which was lower than 9.38%in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the CD-RISC scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention, the CD-RISC score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined intervention based on risk management can promote the recovery after breast cancer surgery,pre-vent adverse risk events, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the psychological resilience of pa-tients,and improve their quality of life.
