Objective To investigate the application effect of multimodal refined intervention in patients with cervi-cal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method A total of 90 cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were di-vided into routine intervention group(n=45,routine intervention)and refined intervention group(n=45,multimodal re-fined intervention)according to different intervention methods. The psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)],nutritional in-dicators,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores in the refined inter-vention group were lower than those in the routine intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the refined intervention group were higher than those in the routine intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the levels of albumin and hemoglobin in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the levels of the two indi-cators in the refined intervention group were higher than those in the routine intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of nausea and vomiting, bone marrow supression, alopecia, and leukope-nia/thrombocytopenia in the refined intervention group were lower than those in the routine intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal refined intervention could effectively im-prove the psychological state and nutritional indicators of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
