Influence of intensive care unit bedside rehabilitation intervention based on interactive and goal attainment theory on postoperative rehabilitation status in patients with liver cancer
Objective To investigate the influence of intensive care unit bedside rehabilitation intervention based on interactive and goal attainment theory on postoperative rehabilitation status in patients with liver cancer.Method A total of 53 patients with liver cancer were divided into study group(n=27)and control group(n=26)according to the different intervention methods. The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention, and the study group received inten-sive care unit bedside rehabilitation intervention based on interactive and goal attainment theory. The compliance,postop-erative rehabilitation indicators, complications, hope level[Herth hope index(HHI)]and discharge readiness[readiness for hospital discharge scale(RHDS)]of the two groups were compared.Result The compliance of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the time of postoperative anal exhaust, drainage tube removal and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no signifi-cant differences in the incidences of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Seven days after surgery, the scores of HHI in both groups increased compared with one day before surgery, and the score of HHI in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Seven days after surgery, the score of RHDS in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Intensive care unit bedside rehabilitation intervention based on interac-tive and goal attainment theory can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with liver cancer, improve patients'compliance, hope level and discharge readiness.
