Objective To explore the application value of cervical glandular epithelial morphological score in cervi-cal liquid-based cytology examination.Method Fifty subjects who underwent cervical fluid-based cytology and patho-logical examinations were selected and scored according to the morphological changes of cervical glandular epithelial cells.The results of initial cervical fluid-based cytology examination were taken as the pre-scoring results,and the results after the application of scoring criteria to assist interpretation were taken as the post-scoring results.Using the results of pathological examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of pre-scoring and post-scoring cervical liquid-based cytology examinations for cervical glandular epithelial lesions were analyzed,and the diagnostic results of pre-scoring and post-scoring cervical liquid-based cytology examinations for different histological types of cervical glandular epitheli-al lesions were also analyzed.Result The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of post-scoring cervical liquid-based cytol-ogy examination in diagnosing cervical glandular epithelial lesions were 93.33％,82.86％and 86.00％,respectively,high-er than 73.33％,54.29％and 60.00％of pre-scoring cervical liquid-based cytology examination.There were 11 true posi-tive and 4 missed cases of cervical glandular epithelial lesions diagnosed by pre-scoring cervical fluid-based cytology ex-amination,histological types were diagnosed accurately in 9 patients,the diagnostic accuracy was 60.00％(9/15)in posi-tive patients.There were 14 true positive and 1 missed cases of cervical glandular epithelial lesions diagnosed by post-scoring cervical fluid-based cytology examination,histological types were diagnosed accurately in 10 patients,the diag-nostic accuracy was 66.67％(10/15)in positive patients.Conclusion The application of cervical glandular epithelial morphological score in cervical liquid-based cytology examination can improve the diagnostic value of cervical glandular epithelial lesions.
