Effect of sequential psychological intervention on negative emotions,quality of life and compliance in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To explore the effect of sequential psychological intervention on negative emotions,quality of life and compliance in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method According to different intervention methods,96 patients with lung cancer who underwent chemotherapy were divided into observation group(n=55)and con-trol group(n=41).Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the observation group re-ceived sequential psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions[generalized anxi-ety disorder-7(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire-9 items(PHQ-9)],quality of life,compliance,and incidence of ad-verse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the dimensional scores of genetic quality of life inventory-74 quality of life were higher than those before intervention,the scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in observation group were lower than those in control group,the dimensional scores of genetic quality of life inventory-74 were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of observation group was high-er than that of control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential psychological intervention can improve the nega-tive emotions,compliance and quality of life of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions.
