Influence of health management based on PERMA model on the health literacy and quality of life in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional therapy
Objective To explore influence of health management based on PERMA model on the health literacy and quality of life in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional therapy.Method According to different intervention methods,80 patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy were divided into control group(n=39)and ob-servation group(n=41).Patients in control group received routine intervention, while patients in observation group re-ceived health management based on the PERMA model on the basis of routine intervention. The symptoms of depression and anxiety[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],health literacy[health literacy manage-ment scale(HeLMS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life ques-tionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After interven-tion,the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the HeLMS scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention, the HeLMS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Af-ter intervention, the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before interven-tion,the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the overall satisfaction rate of the ob-servation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 79.49%of the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health management based on PERMA model can effectively improve the negative emotions of liver cancer patients undergoing intervention therapy, and can better enhance their quality of life, health litera-cy,and intervention satisfaction.
