Effect of inflatable insulation blanket on temperature and postoperative recovery of gastric cancer patients undergoing emergency laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of inflatable insulation blanket on temperature and postoperative re-covery of gastric cancer patients undergoing emergency laparoscopic surgery.Method A total of 60 gastric cancer pa-tients who underwent emergency laparoscopic surgery were divided into control group(n=27)and observation group(n=33)according to different body temperature intervention methods during surgery.Patients in the control group received routine body temperature intervention,and patients in the observation group received inflatable insulation blanket on the basis of the control group.The body temperature,perioperative related indicators and postoperative recovery[quality of recovery-40 questionnaire(QoR-40)]were compared between the two groups.Result At 30,60 min during operation and at the end of operation,the body temperatures in two groups were lower than those before operation,and the body temperatures in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The anesthesia recovery time,extubation time and recovery room stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the proportion of patients with intraoperative low body temperature,shivering during the recovery period and agitation during the recovery period were lower than those of the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One day after surgery,the dimensional scores and total scores of QoR-40 in both groups were lower than those before surgery,the dimensional scores and total score of QoR-40 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inflat-able insulation blanket can effectively maintain stable intraoperative body temperature of gastric cancer patients undergo-ing emergency laparoscopic surgery,reduce stress reactions,shorten anesthesia recovery time,and promote the postopera-tive recovery of patients.
