Clinical efficacy of Kang'ai injection combined with first-line chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kang'ai injection combined with first-line chemothera-py in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method According to the different treatment regimens,60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were divided into control group(n=28,first-line chemotherapy)and combi-nation group(n=32,Kang'ai injection combined with first-line chemotherapy). The clinical efficacy, liver function in-dexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)],immune function indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result There was no significant difference in disease control rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the ALT,TBIL,ALP and CD8+lev-els in combination group were lower than those in control group, and the CD3+and CD4+levels were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kang'ai injection combined with first-line chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer pa-tients has a certain effect, and can reduce liver function injury, improve immune function, reduce adverse reactions.
