摘要
目的 探讨心理弹性训练联合垂直管理模式在子宫内膜癌(EC)患者中的应用效果.方法 根据干预方式的不同将108例EC患者分为对照组(55例,常规干预)和观察组(53例,心理弹性训练联合垂直管理模式).比较两组患者的负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)]、心理韧性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、生活质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]及并发症发生情况.结果 干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS、FoP-Q-SF评分均低于本组干预前,EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分、CD-RISC各维度评分及总分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者SAS、SDS、FoP-Q-SF评分均低于对照组,EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分、CD-RISC各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).两组患者各并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论 心理弹性训练联合垂直管理模式可有效增强EC患者的心理韧性,缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量,且不会增加并发症.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological resilience training combined with vertical management mode in patients with endometrial cancer(EC).Method A total of 108 EC patients were divided into con-trol group(55 cases,conventional intervention)and observation group(53 cases,psychological resilience training com-bined with vertical management mode)according to different intervention methods.The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)],psy-chological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and FoP-Q-SF in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30,dimensional scores and total scores of CD-RISC were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of SAS,SDS and FoP-Q-SF in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30,dimensional scores and total score of CD-RISC were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclu-sion Psychological resilience training combined with vertical management mode can effectively enhance the psychologi-cal resilience of EC patients,relieve negative emotions,improve quality of life,and do not increase complications.
