Effect of health education combined with individualized psychological intervention on psychological resilience and compliance in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To investigate the effect of health education combined with individualized psychological inter-vention on psychological resilience and compliance in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method Ac-cording to different intervention methods,80 patients with lung cancer who underwent chemotherapy were divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=41).Patients in the control group received routine intervention combined with health education, while patients in the observation group received individualized psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],compliance,inci-dence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of CD-RISC in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the scores of all dimen-sions of CD-RISC in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The chemotherapy cycle, personal management, and daily nursing scores in observation group were sig-nificantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total inci-dence of adverse reactions in observation group was 17.95%,which was lower than 39.02%in control group, the satisfac-tion rate in observation group was 100%,which was higher than 82.93%in control group, and the differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with individualized psychological intervention can improve the psychological resilience and compliance of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions, and improve overall satisfaction.
