Effect of cognitive behavioral intervention based on painless concept on postoperative pain, quality of life, and satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention based on painless concept on postop-erative pain, quality of life, and satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Method According to different intervention methods,76 cervical cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery were divid-ed into control group(n=36,conventional intervention)and observation group(n=40,conventional intervention+cogni-tive behavioral intervention based on painless concept). The pain level[numerical rating scale(NRS)],sleep quality[Pitts-burgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the pain level of the observation group was significantly milder than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the dimensional scores and total scores of PSQI of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 were higher than those before intervention, the dimensional scores and total score of PSQI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the daily environ-ment,patient communication, nursing system, and nursing quality scores of both groups were higher than those before in-tervention,the daily environment, patient communication, nursing system, and nursing quality scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inci-dence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention based on painless con-cept can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in cervical cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, improve their sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
