Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping health education combined with psychologi-cal intervention in cervical cancer patients undergoing surgery.Method According to different intervention methods,107 cervical cancer patients who underwent surgery were divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=54).Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the observation group received mind map-ping health education combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The postoperative re-covery indicators,psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],mastery of health knowledge,quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]and complications were compared be-tween the two groups.Result The first anal exhaust time,first getting out of bed time for activity and postoperative hos-pitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,surgical knowledge and management knowledge in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of disease knowl-edge,surgical knowledge and management knowledge in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inci-dence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping health education combined with psychological intervention can improve the disease cognition of cervical cancer patients undergoing surgery,improve the psychological state and quality of life,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
