思维导图式健康教育结合心理干预在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨思维导图式健康教育结合心理干预在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法 根据干预方法的不同将107例宫颈癌手术患者分为对照组(n=53)和观察组(n=54),对照组患者进行常规干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行思维导图式健康教育结合心理干预.比较两组患者的术后恢复指标、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、健康知识掌握情况、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组患者首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01).干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预后,两组患者疾病知识、手术知识、管理知识评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者疾病知识、手术知识、管理知识评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预后,两组患者GQOLI-74各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者GQOLI-74各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 思维导图式健康教育结合心理干预可提高宫颈癌手术患者对疾病的认知,改善心理状态,提高生活质量,促进术后康复,降低并发症发生率.
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping health education combined with psychologi-cal intervention in cervical cancer patients undergoing surgery.Method According to different intervention methods,107 cervical cancer patients who underwent surgery were divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=54).Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the observation group received mind map-ping health education combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The postoperative re-covery indicators,psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],mastery of health knowledge,quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]and complications were compared be-tween the two groups.Result The first anal exhaust time,first getting out of bed time for activity and postoperative hos-pitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,surgical knowledge and management knowledge in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of disease knowl-edge,surgical knowledge and management knowledge in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inci-dence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping health education combined with psychological intervention can improve the disease cognition of cervical cancer patients undergoing surgery,improve the psychological state and quality of life,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
