专业化健康教育联合心理干预在乳腺癌围手术期患者中的应用

目的 探讨专业化健康教育联合心理干预在乳腺癌围手术期患者中的应用效果.方法 根据干预方式的不同将80例乳腺癌手术患者分为对照组(41例)和观察组(39例),对照组患者围手术期采取常规干预,观察患者围手术期在对照组的基础上采取专业化健康教育联合心理干预.比较两组患者的心理状况[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、生活质量[乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)]、并发症发生情况及满意度.结果 干预后,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于本组干预前,FACT-B评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,FACT-B评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 专业化健康教育联合心理干预可改善乳腺癌手术患者围手术期的心理状况,提高满意度和生活质量,减少并发症.
Objective To explore the application effect of specialized health education combined with psychological intervention in perioperative period of breast cancer patients.Method According to different intervention methods,80 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(39 cases).Patients in the control group received routine intervention during perioperative period,and patients in the observa-tion group received specialized health education on the basis of the control group during perioperative period.The psycho-logical status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)],incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the scores of FACT-B were higher than those before intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were low-er than those in control group,the score of FACT-B was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized health education combined with psychological intervention can improve psychological status of breast cancer patients during perioperative period,improve satisfaction and quality of life,and reduce complications.
