Application of improved emergency nursing procedure in patients with liver cancer complicated with massive upper gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective To investigate the application effect of improved emergency nursing procedure in patients with liver cancer complicated with massive upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method A total of 100 patients with liver cancer complicated with massive upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to different intervention methods. The control group received routine intervention, and the ob-servation group received improved emergency nursing procedure intervention on the basis of the control group. The treat-ment related indexes, quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life-100(WHOQOL-100)],incidence of com-plications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The reception time, the time from diagnosis to specialist treatment, establishing venous access time, hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the dimensional scores of WHOQOL-100 in two groups were higher than those before interven-tion,the dimensional scores of WHOQOL-100 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved emergency nursing procedure can effectively enhance the efficiency of emergency treatment for patients with liver cancer complicated with massive upper gastrointesti-nal bleeding, reduce complications, improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
