Objective To investigate the experiential avoidance(EA)status of patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC)and its influencing factors.Method The medical records of 72 EC patients were collected and the EA levels were assessed by acceptance and action questionnaire-2nd edition(AAQ-II).The level of EA in EC patients with different clini-cal characteristics was compared, the correlation between disease uncertainty, family caring degree, social support and EA level in EC patients were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and the influencing factors of EA in EC patients were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Result The score of AAQ-II in 72 EC patients was(30.25±7.27)points.There were statistically significant differences in AAQ-II scores among EC patients with different marriage status, tumor num-ber,education level, residence, sleep time, tumor metastasis and drug use(P<0.05).The disease uncertainty of EC pa-tients was positively correlated with EA level(r=0.399,P<0.01),the family caring degree was negatively correlated with EA level(r=-0.471,P=0.012),the social support was negatively correlated with EA level(r=-0.343,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of tumors, drug use, family caring degree score, disease uncertainty score and social support score were influencing factors for EA in EC patients.(P<0.05).Conclusion The EA levels of EC patients are high. The number of tumors, drug use, family caring degree score, disease uncertainty score and social support score are influencing factors for EA in EC patients.
