摘要
目的 探讨八珍汤对子宫内膜癌术后化疗患者骨髓抑制及肿瘤标志物的影响.方法 根据治疗方案的不同将60例子宫内膜癌术后化疗患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者接受紫杉醇+顺铂化疗,观察组患者接受八珍汤加减联合紫杉醇+顺铂化疗.比较两组患者中医证候积分、骨髓抑制程度及肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)]水平.结果 治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).观察组患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血红蛋白和血小板计数分级均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).治疗后,两组患者CA125、CA72-4水平均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者CA125、CA72-4水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 八珍汤可降低子宫内膜癌术后化疗患者的肿瘤标志物水平,改善化疗所致的骨髓抑制和中医证候.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Bazhen decoction on myelosuppression and tumor markers in postop-erative chemotherapy patients with endometrial cancer.Method According to different treatment methods,60 postopera-tive chemotherapy patients with endometrial cancer were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received paclitaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy,while the observation group received mod-ified Bazhen decoction combined with paclitaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syn-drome scores,myelosuppression degree,and tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4)]levels were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the TCM syndrome score in observation group was lower than that in con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The grading of white blood cell count,neutrophil count,hemoglobin,and platelet count in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CA125,CA72-4 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of CA125,CA72-4 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bazhen decoction can reduce the levels of tumor markers in postoperative chemotherapy patients with endometrial cancer,improve chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression and TCM syndrome.
