Objective To investigate the efficacy of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in patients with malignant bone tu-mor around knee joint and its influencing factors.Method A total of 48 patients with malignant bone tumor around knee joint were selected and treated with TKA after admission. The clinical efficacy was evaluated and patients were divided into effective group and ineffective group. The American Knee Association score(AKS)was used to evaluate the knee joint function of the two groups before and after operation, and the influencing factors of TKA treatment efficacy in malig-nant bone tumors around the knee joint were analyzed.Result The total effective rate of TKA in the treatment of malig-nant bone tumors around the knee joint was 75.00%,including 36 cases in effective group and 12 cases in ineffective group. After operation, the AKS scores were increased in both groups, and the AKS score in effective group was higher than that in ineffective group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression anal-ysis showed that patients with cruciate retention(CR)implant had better clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion TKA can improve the knee joint function of patients with malignant bone tumors around knee joint, and its clinical efficacy is related to the type of implanted prosthesis.
