Objective To investigate the application of JBI model guided responsibility intervention in patients with lung cancer complicated with pulmonary infection.Method A total of 120 patients with lung cancer complicated with pulmonary infection were divided into control group(59 cases)and observation group(61 cases)according to different in-tervention methods. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group was supplemented with JBI model guided responsibility intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical indicators, blood gas indica-tors[partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),blood partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)],incidence of complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result The asthma dis-appearance time, cough disappearance time, wheezing sound disappearance time, intensive care unit(ICU)stay time and hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After the intervention, the levels of SaO2 and PaO2 in both groups were increased, and the levels of PaCO2 were decreased, and the levels of SaO2 and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the total satis-faction rate was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion JBI model guided responsibility intervention can promote the recovery of lung cancer patients with pulmonary infection,im-prove blood gas index, reduce the risk of complications, and improve patients'satisfaction.
