Effects of intraoperative position placement and monitoring combined with psychological crisis intervention on the level of psychological crisis and postoperative recovery of breast cancer patients undergoing surgery
Objective To investigate the effects of intraoperative position placement and monitoring combined with psychological crisis intervention on the level of psychological crisis and postoperative recovery of breast cancer(BC)pa-tients undergoing surgery.Method A total of 100 cases of BC patients were divided into observation group(49 cases,re-ceiving intraoperative position placement and monitoring combined with psychological crisis intervention)and control group(51 cases, receiving routine intervention)according to different intervention methods. The psychological crisis[the triage assessment form(TAF)],postoperative rehabilitation, complications and satisfaction of the two groups were com-pared.Result After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of TAF of both groups were decreased, and the scores of all dimensions of TAF of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time, extubation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative position placement and monitoring combined with psychological crisis intervention can reduce the level of psychological crisis in BC patients undergoing surgery, promote postoperative recovery, reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
