Application of staining endoscopy in the detection of gastrointestinal early cancer
Objective To investigate the application effect of staining endoscopy in the detection of gastrointestinal early cancer.Method A total of 600 patients with suspected gastrointestinal early cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different examination methods,300 cases in each group. The control group underwent normal white light gastroenteroscopy, and the observation group underwent staining endoscopy(elec-tron staining+indigo carmine staining). The positive detection rate of gastrointestinal early cancer lesion and the detection rate of various gastrointestinal early cancer lesions were compared between the two groups.Result The positive rate of gastrointestinal early cancer lesion in control group was 40.67%(122/300),which was significantly lower than 60.67%(182/300)in observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The detection rates of staining endoscopy for inflammation with intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia were significantly higher than those of normal white light gastroenteroscopy, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with normal white light gastroenteroscopy, staining endoscopy can significantly improve the detection rate of gastrointes-tinal early cancer, and has high clinical application value.
