目的 探讨基于行为改变模式的健康教育联合心理干预对急性白血病化疗患者心理状况及依从性的影响.方法 根据干预方式的不同将120例急性白血病化疗患者分为对照组(61例)和观察组(59例),对照组患者接受常规干预,观察组患者接受基于行为改变模式的健康教育联合心理干预.比较两组患者的心理状况[正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)]、依从性、不良反应及满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)].结果 干预后,两组患者正性情绪评分均高于本组干预前,负性情绪评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).观察组患者药物服用、自我管理、康复锻炼、日常饮食评分均高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 基于行为改变模式的健康教育联合心理干预可改善急性白血病化疗患者的心理状况,提高依从性和满意度,减少不良反应.
Effect of health education based on behavior change mode combined with psychological intervention on psychological status and compliance of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To investigate the effect of health education based on behavior change mode combined with psychological intervention on psychological status and compliance of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemother-apy.Method According to different intervention methods,120 patients with acute leukemia who underwent chemothera-py were divided into control group(61 cases)and observation group(59 cases).The control group received routine inter-vention,and the observation group received health education based on behavior change mode combined with psychologi-cal intervention.The psychological status[positive and negative affect scale(PANAS)],compliance,adverse reactions and satisfaction[Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)]of the two groups were compared.Result After the intervention,the scores of positive emotion in two groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of nega-tive emotion in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the score of positive emotion in observation group was higher than that in control group,the score of negative emotion was lower than that in control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of drug taking,self-management,rehabilitation exercise and daily diet in observation group were higher than those in control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group,the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on behavior change mode combined with psychological inter-vention can improve the psychological status of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy,improve compli-ance and satisfaction,reduce adverse reactions.
