摘要

目的 探讨能量器械结合直线切割缝合器分离段间平面在胸腔镜下肺段切除术中的应用效果.方法 选取80例行胸腔镜下肺段切除术的肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),研究组患者术中采用能量器械结合直线切割缝合器分离段间平面,对照组患者术中采用直线切割缝合器分离段间平面.比较两组患者手术相关指标、术后并发症发生情况.结果 研究组患者手术时间明显长于对照组,段间平面使用钉仓数量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01).两组患者各术后并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论 胸腔镜下肺段切除术中采用能量器械结合直线切割缝合器分离段间平面会延长手术时间,但能够减少钉仓的使用数量,从而降低医疗成本,同时,在安全性方面并不逊色于使用直线切割缝合器.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of energy instrument combined with linear cutting and su-turing device to separate intersegment plane in thoracoscopic segmental resection.Method A total of 80 patients with lung cancer who underwent thoracoscopic segmental resection were selected and divided into study group(n=40)and con-trol group(n=40)by random number table method.The study group received energy instrument combined with linear cut-ting and suturing device to separate intersegment plane during surgery,while the control group patients received linear cutting and suturing device to separate intersegment plane during surgery.The operation related indexes and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result The operation time in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group,and the number of nail chambers used in intersegment plane was signif-icantly less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no signifi-cant differences in the incidences of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In thora-coscopic segmental resection,the use of energy instrument combined with linear cutting and suturing device to separate intersegment plane can prolong the operation time,but can reduce the number of nail chambers,thereby reducing medical costs.At the same time,it is not inferior to the use of linear cutting and suturing device in terms of safety.
