Effect of multi-dimensional intervention on psychological state, quality of life, nutritional status and renal function in patients with tumor-associated nephropathy
Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional intervention on psychological state, quality of life, nutritional status and renal function in patients with tumor-associated nephropathy(TAN).Method According to differ-ent intervention methods,47 TAN patients were divided into control group(n=24,conventional intervention)and observa-tion group(n=23,multi-dimensional intervention). The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life ques-tionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],nutritional status[subjective global assessment(SGA),mini-nutritional assess-ment(MNA)]and renal function indicators[serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),estimated glomerular fil-tration rate(eGFR)]were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each di-mension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of each dimen-sion of EORTC QLQ-C30 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the SGA scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, the MNA scores were higher than those before intervention, the SGA score in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the MNA score was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the SCr and BUN levels in both groups were lower than those before intervention, the eGFR levels were higher than those before intervention, the SCr and BUN levels in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the eGFR level was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional intervention can improve the psychological state, nutritional status and renal function of TAN patients, improve the quality of life, and has certain application value.
