网络时代高校的思想政治教育工作，不仅关系到我国高等教育的快速持续发展，同时还关系到大学生能否健康成长和成功成才。网络时代高校大学生里出现了一些虽不普遍却也不罕见的令人担忧的心理负面现象，如何帮助大学生舒缓压力，调适心理，加强人文关怀和心里疏导就成为目前网络时代高校思想政治教育工作共同面临的一个新的研究课题。
Abstract
In Internet age, ideological and political education work in universities is not only related to the rapidly sus-tainable development of China's higher education, but also related to university students' healthy growth and success. Meanwhile, some alarming negative psychological phenomena appear among university students. How to help university students relieve pressure, adjust psychology, and enhance humanistic care and psychological guidance has become a new research of ideological and political education work in universities in Internet age.
