摘要

本文针对一款桥式起重机起升机构设计了减速器功率测量系统,并基于能耗讨论了起升机构中的吊具系统机械效率的计算方法进行了研究,对该型桥式起重机的起升机构能耗与机械效率计算方法进行了讨论;为进一步测量整个起重机的传动机构效率提供了基础。

Abstract

A bridge crane hoisting mechanism,this paper designed the speed reducer power measuring system,and based on the energy consumption of lifting mechanism is discussed in the sling system method for calculating the me-chanical efficiency was studied,and the type of the bridge crane hoisting mechanism and mechanical energy consump-tion efficiency calculation method are discussed;To measure the size of the efficiency of the whole crane actuator further provides the basis.
