Study on the Toughness Mechanism of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloy by HPT Process Parameter
For A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy,orthogonal experiments with HPT variable parameters were performed to investigate the influence of HPT process parameters on the mechanical properties of alloys.Through multi-angle mechanical property test,including tensile strength and elongation,it compared the mechani-cal properties of the normal temperature specimen,analyzed the variation pattern,and used SEM observed the fracture pattern of A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy at high temperature to reveal the failure mechanism of A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy at high temperature and high pressure.The research content of this study will lay a certain theoretical and technical foundation for the popularization and application of this technology in industry.
