Research on School-Enterprise Cooperation Practice System of Additive Manufacturing Specialty in Local Application-oriented University
Deepening "school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education" is an im-portant strategy for local applied universities to adapt to industrial development and educational upgrading in the process of transformation and development.However,certain constraints including limited depth,an imperfect mechanism, inadequate professional expertise and the long-term nature of school-enterprise co-operation are faced in the actual development process.Based on the self-governing conditions of local ap-plied universities,combined with regional characteristics,and in view of the characteristics of the develop-ment of the additive manufacturing industry,the study of the manufacturing major encompassed various as-pects, including enhancing government support, strengthening professional talent training, optimizing teacher structure,establishing internal and external training bases,improving evaluation and supervision mechanisms,and developing a distinctive curriculum system.These efforts aimed to clarify the role of uni-versities in talent cultivation.The reference for the educational practice and theoretical research of related professions could be provided by the research results.
