Foreign Exchange and Dissemination of Chinese Folk Music under the"the Belt and Road"Initiative
It took the foreign exchange and dissemination of China national music as the research object in this paper to elaborat the era opportunities,main characteristics,important values,and guiding principles of the foreign exchange and dissemination of China national music under the"the Belt and Road"initia-tive.Next,reflect on the four major issues such as multicultural shock,international cultural differences,single means of communication,and weak talent pool were analyzed in the paper.Finally,it put forward countermeasures from four aspects:building cultural confidence,realizing cultural empathy,using emer-ging technologies,and cultivating high-quality talents,aiming to take the"the Belt and Road"initiative as an opportunity to promote the exchange and dissemination of national music,to enhance the influence of China national music culture,and enhance China Voice in international cultural exchanges.
