数字赋能、政府参与与经济高质量发展的关系研究

摘要
收集了安徽省2012-2021 年的统计数据,根据"物理-事理-人理(WSR)"系统方法论,构建城市数字赋能评价指标体系,并对数字赋能、政府参与与经济高质量发展间的关系进行了实证研究,其结果显示数字基础设施建设水平、数字产业化水平和数字素养建设水平均能显著提高经济高质量发展水平,政府参与在数字基础设施建设水平和数字素养建设水平与经济高质量发展之间具有明显的正向调节作用,研究可为数字赋能经济高质量发展提供理论依据和实践支撑.
Abstract
It collected statistical data from Anhui Province from 2012 to 2021 in this paper,and construc-ted an evaluation index system for urban digital empowerment based on the Physical Reasoning(WSR)system methodology.Empirical research was conducted on the relationship among digital empowerment,government participation,and high-quality economic development.The results showed that the level of dig-ital infrastructure construction,digital industrialization,and digital literacy construction can significantly improve the level of high-quality economic development.Government participation has a significant posi-tive regulatory effect on the level of digital infrastructure construction,digital literacy construction,and high-quality economic development.This study can provide theoretical basis and practical support for dig-ital empowerment of high-quality economic development.
